I couldn't let the month of September pass me by without doing a traditional Style Star Throwback. Princess Diana was such a fashion icon and I adore her still to this day! I even had her Barbie doll! Let's take a look through fashion royalty.

La Femme Blush Haul and Review

I have a special treat for you all today! I have found some blushes for you all that are high end quality for a low end price.   I have heard many bloggers and YouTubers discuss La Femme blushes for awhile now and I finally purchased my own. Keep reading to check out the goods.

I ordered six of these lovely blushes off of MAKEUPMANIA.COM and not only was the shipping SUPER fast but each blush was only $3.50! You can order them in the pans for $2.50 if you would like to create a palette.

BORDEAUX $3.50

This is more of a maroon color with very pretty sparkles. It looks gorgeous against my brown skin and is perfect for the fall.

SATIN ROSE $3.50

If you are a girl who loves a nice Barbie pink blush this is for you. It is a beautifully pigmented pink. I adore it.

ROSE CHIFFON $3.50

Out of all of the blushes I purchased this one is my FAVORITE!!!! It is like a magenta color, also with sparkle and it is veryyy pigmented so you need to be light handed when you apply it.

MAUVE SPARKLE $3.50

I don't own any lilac blushes so I really wanted to try this one out. Since my skin tone is deeper I have to layer this color to get the pigment I desire so I would recommend this blush more to my fairer toned ladies.

PRECIOUS PLUM $3.50

Precious plum is a lighter version of satin rose and it is just as lovely. When I want to go heavier on my eyeshadow or lipstick this would be the blush I reach for.

GRAPE $3.50

This is my second favorite!! The name is a little misleading because it is not purple but it is a deeper magenta. Again this blush is very pigmented, beautiful and I think it'd be lovely on all skin tones.

Overall I would give these blushes an A++! I bought six and with shipping only paid about $27. That is about the price of one NARS blush. You just can't beat the quality and pigmentation in these blushes. There are also tons of colors to choose from so if you are fairer or darker skinned you have more options than what I have shown you. I hope this post was helpful, happy shopping :D

Hi dolls! So every semester I make a point to buy myself a new bottle of perfume... this semester I bought THREE lol. I know shame on me (I'll share those later).

Princess by Vera Wang has been on my wishlist for some time now and I finally bought it and I'm so happy I did :)

PROS

*The bottle is so freakin GIRLY, FANCY, FUN, BEAUTIFUL lol all of the things I love.

*This fragrance is def for a girl who loves sweet smells. The keynotes are 

a blend of Water Lily, Lady Apple, Mandarin Meringue, Golden Apricot Skin, Ripe Pink Guava, Tahitian Flower, Wild Tuberose, Dark Chocolate, Pink Frosting Accord, Precious Amber, Forbidden Woods, Royal Musk Captive, Chiffon Vanilla

all I can say is YUM!

*I get many compliments when wearing this fragrance, I feel like a princess when I wear it. It's so luxurious.

*The price is also a plus because so many *reputable* places offer it at a discount.

CONS

*Unlike a lot of other fragrances like Viva la Juicy for example, this perfume does NOT last all day :(

Which sucks because that means you will use more of the product. 

I give this product an **A-** overall, I love it and I've been wearing it everyday since I bought it. It is a must have for all of my other princesses out there.

I love this necklace sooo much, I have been looking for one like this for a long time and oasap.com had just what I was looking for. It ties into a ribbon in the back which is great because I can make the necklace whatever length I desire.

SPIKED COMBAT BOOTS $32

These boots are so freakin EDGY, COOL, THEBOMB.COM! Not only are they really comfortable but the price was amazing. I had seen some really nice ones by Steve Madden but the price was not so nice lol. What I'm Loving Wednesday

Hey babes! So we are now halfway through the week and I must say I am exhausted, I have three exams next week so keep your fingers crossed for me. I haven't done one of these in awhile so enjoy my loves.

13 POUNDS DOWN BABY

So, I'm going to be totally honest, for the past two weeks I had totally fallen off my weight loss plan. I was eating junk, not working out and I had given up. My friend convinced me to step on the scale and start over. I was shocked to see that not only had I not gained any weight, I lost an additional 3 pounds!! My mentality is back on track and I'm looking forward to seeing myself shed more weight.

Ashley's Fall and Winter Essentials

The time has come! The weather is finally starting to change and that means goodbye flip flops, hello boots! Check out some of my top picks :)

A NAUTICAL NAVY BLAZER

Everyone by now has (or should) have a black blazer. But I think navy blazers are so chic and the gold buttons give it such a nautical feel. I like to pair mine with a nice scarf and some over-the-knee boots.

LEATHER LEGGINGS

I can't live without my leather leggings, they are SO versatile! You can pair them with anything and still look chic. Plus they are very affordable, you can buy them at WalMart or Macys.

SPIKED MOTO JACKET

Moto jackets are a staple for me in every color, but with spikes being so hot this season pairing the two is super cool! I'm still on the lookout for a spiked moto jacket myself. 

SWING SKIRT

Just like the high-low skirt was an essential for the warm weather, a swing skirt is definitely an essential for the cooler weather. This style of skirt is ultra feminine and for the colder days you can pair it with a pair of opaque tights for a more sophisticated look.

COMFY SWEATERS

I freakin' love sweaters! V-neck, cowl neck I adore them all. For me sweaters in the cold weather are like blouses in the warm weather; it's an essential item! You will look so chic in a pretty sweater, statement necklace and some skinnies. 

CARDIGANS

I have about as many cardigans as I do blazers. I feel they are a more laid back alternative and you can dress them up or down. They go well with jeans, rompers, dresses, EVERYTHING! Stock up on a couple so you can be warm and fashionable!

A FANCY WINTER COAT

I am drooling over this coat! It is fabulous! Coats are my favorite thing to wear in the winter because there are so many colors and styles to pick from. Don't just stick to boring black, brighten up a cold, winter day with a pop of color!

OVER-THE-KNEE-BOOTS

I never really got into over-the-knee boots until I saw the way Kimmy rocked them (surprise, surprise) now I'm addicted! I have a suede pair but now I want some leather ones so I can be extra FIERCE! Don't be intimidated by these babies, you can dress them up or down!

ACCESSORIES

Beanies are a must have item and they're perfect for those bad hair days.

Rihanna is rocking that leopard print scarf! Scarves can jazz up any outfit, Forever21 always has some good ones for cheap so stock up!

These gloves are so LUXE! I want a pair in like every color. They remind me of Jackie O; just a simple accessory like this can elevate your entire look.

I don't know what it is about pearls that makes me think of the cold weather but I feel this is an essential item! Pearl necklaces, bracelets, earrings buy them all. The cold weather is all about layering and everyone just looks a little more classy and conservative. Pearls will give you that opulent look every girl wants to have.
