Ashley's Top Five Trends for Spring

The time for coats and chunky scarves is gone! It's time to step out in our springtime best. Here are my top five picks for this summer and spring.

RUFFLES

Ruffles are ultra feminine and sexy at the same time. They can also create curves for my slim and trim girls out there.

STRIPES

Stripes are one of those prints that look could in all seasons, you can go for a nautical look or just to add some pizazz to an outfit.

LACE

This has to be my favorite on the list. Lace is super feminine too and so versatile, I'm so happy this is making a comeback.

BOLD SUNGLASSES

Sunnies are a staple for the spring/summer. The new look is huge, overstated glasses like Jackie O. I want some in every color and style. 

PRINTED DENIM

Last season it was all about colored skinny jeans, now it is all about the prints! I particularly love Khloe's denim!

And the best part of the haul is this beauty! It was very hard for me to decide which one I wanted but I decided on this one because I don't know a lot of women who have the two tone gold/rose gold combo. I love it, it's so beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. It was well worth the money!

January Obsession: Lancome Rouge in Love Lipstick

I am super excited about this post! I was at the mall today and I passed by the Lancome counter. For starters, I don't own ANYTHING from Lancome, but I had swatched the Rouge in Love lippies at Sephora and thought they were nice but a tad pricey ($26!). Today I finally stopped and put some of the product on my face. I tried on Midnight Rose and Violette Coquette; I was in love and SOLD; I bought both. Check out these lovely lippies that I'm currently obsessing over. 

LANCOME ROUGE IN LOVE LIPSTICK $26

Why didn't anyone tell me that Emma Watson aka Hermione Granger was endorsing these babies? I'm going to buy them alllll just for that fact alone lol. On a serious note, these lipsticks are beautiful, absolutely beautiful. The price is steep but you get what you pay for. I am very happy with my purchase and as soon as I get more funds I will be purchasing more. Thanks for reading!
